Become a Certified Notary with Us

At Loan Signing Solutions, we are committed to maintaining a database of only the most dedicated and professional Loan Signing Agents. To ensure the highest standards and reliability, we require thorough verification for all notaries joining our network.

To apply, please submit the following documents:
  1. Notary Commission: A copy of your current Notary Commission.
  2. Errors and Omissions Insurance: Proof of your Errors and Omissions insurance coverage.
  3. Optional but Recommended:
    • Background Screening Report: A copy of your most recent background check.
    • Certifications and Diplomas: Copies of any relevant signing agent certifications, courses, or diplomas.
Additionally, you must complete and submit the following forms:
  • Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Vendor Payment Agreement
  • Code of Conduct Agreement

At Loan Signing Solutions, we strive to maintain a network of highly dedicated and professional Loan Signing Agents. To support this goal, we implement fees to ensure the integrity and reliability of our database.

Fees:
  • One-time Setup Fee: $50
  • Annual Renewal Fee: $25
Why we charge registration and renewal fees

This fee helps us cover the costs associated with verifying each notary before they are added to our network. It is a crucial step to confirm that all members are genuinely committed to their role and meet our high standards. This thorough verification process is designed to ensure that only dedicated and qualified notaries join our platform, enhancing the quality and trustworthiness of our services.

The annual renewal fee is in place to maintain an active and engaged roster of signing agents. This fee helps us manage and prevent dormant accounts, ensuring that all listed agents are actively providing signing services and contributing to our network. You will receive a reminder before the expiration of your one-year term to give you the opportunity to renew. If you choose not to pay the renewal fee, your account will be deactivated, as we want to ensure that our network remains current and engaged.

If you believe that you might not be able to offset these costs through referrals and access to company resources within one year, our services may not be the right fit for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If you are unsure about the onboarding fee or do not believe you will benefit from our services within the year, we encourage you to carefully consider whether our network is the right fit before proceeding. We are committed to maintaining a high-quality network and appreciate your understanding of our fee structure.

Please note that due to the nature of our services, as well as the time and costs incurred for processing and verification through third-party screening services, onboarding fees are non-refundable.
