David Miller embarked on his professional journey immediately after high school, taking on a role as an accounting assistant for a CPA firm. This early experience ignited his passion for finance and accounting, and he pursued his studies at community college, balancing work and education with determination and commitment. Recognizing the importance of furthering his education, David later earned an MBA in finance from a respected university, solidifying his foundation in the field.
Following his academic achievements, David spent more than 30 years as an auditor at a reputable accounting firm. During this time, he developed a keen eye for detail and honed his analytical skills, working with a diverse range of clients across various industries. His experience in auditing not only deepened his understanding of financial regulations and compliance but also allowed him to build strong professional relationships and a robust network within the industry.
David’s expertise and reputation in the field caught the attention of Hannah Chen, who was in the process of founding a new company. Recognizing the value of David’s experience and vision, Hannah invited him to join her as a co-founder and serve as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, David plays a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of the company, leveraging his extensive background to drive growth and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Outside of his professional life, David is a devoted father to two adult sons and a grandfather of two wonderful grandchildren.
